HT-KZ08E High-Speed Folding Mask Machine is specially designed for folding protective masks such as KN95/FFP2, with a production capacity of up to 100-120 pieces per minute. It supports multi-process integration such as sponge strip lamination, Logo printing, side welding, and single/double breathing valve welding. It is suitable for various scenarios such as labor protection dust prevention and industrial protection, and is an efficient choice for large-scale production.

HT-KM05/05A PIE Mask Machine adopts a split design to balance efficient production and flexible edge pressing. The production capacity of the main body can reach 60-80 pieces per minute. Equipped with special edge pressing equipment, it can quickly complete the forming and processing of pancake-shaped protective masks. The equipment covers a small area and has wide adaptability, meeting the production needs of various specifications of pancake-shaped masks.

Automatic Whole Line for Medical Masks integrates a flat mask machine, pillow packaging machine, CCD visual inspection machine, laminating machine and cartoning machine, realizing the whole-process automatic production from raw materials to finished product packaging. The equipment is equipped with automatic NG product identification and rejection, and production information traceability functions. HT-KM02 Buckle-Type Filter Cotton Machine is specially designed for 2097/2099 series multi-layer composite filter cotton, with a production capacity of 15-20 pieces per minute. It can complete the integrated production of multi-layer filter material compounding and edge pressing. HT-KM01 Activated Carbon Filter Box Filling Machine focuses on the automatic production of gas mask filter boxes, with a production capacity of 10-20 pieces per minute.
