Product Introduction
This machine is primarily designed for the production of N95 folding masks with head-loop straps. It automates the entire manufacturing process—including printing, folding, buckle insertion, ear-loop welding, foam strip application, edge sealing, and edge trimming. The ear-loop welding operation is driven by a servo system, ensuring stability and high efficiency, while independent servo drives for each section enhance the machine's overall precision and stability.
